How do I track my order?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our Studio, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

Where do I track my order?
You can track your order by entering the tracking information you have received from your confirmation email via if sent with DHL. Or if sent with Royal Mail.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the shipment of purchased editions. Any questions about shipping should be directed to: Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order.


For countries outside UK; customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not paid by Nigel VMU Studio, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.


due to the nature of the sale and the artwork of Editions, all sales are final. The studio may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. For example, If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged Edition via transit by courier. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 14 days from delivery date.Please note refunds for customs duties and VAT fees will need to be handled by the customs office of the importing country.Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any free returns. We recommend choosing your most reliable service and sending your parcel tracked. We will not reimburse shipping fees incurred for returning an item, or refund the original delivery charge unless the item is faulty or has been sent to you in error. The returned item must be postmarked or requested within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. Goods being refunded must be unused and undamaged. VMU Studio retains the right to delay refunds if we have not received the goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
